    They help keep the public safe. Yes, they might need improving but they still need to exist to ensure that the public are safe.

    Definitely can work - re-offending rates in Norway, where prison is treated as a rehabilitation centre than punishment is lower than ever.

    It is a good ,but security isn’t tight enough as people are breaking out and drugs/ illegal phones are making there way into prison
